The Shorebird Condominium complex consists of nine 3-story buildings and is located at the North end of the property. Each building contains condos ranging from one to three bedrooms -- each with varying views of the Monterey Bay. This complex also contains the Cypress House and Lagoon House meeting facilities and eight tennis courts. Some of these properties are available for monthly rentals.
